I bought this exact keyboard of ebay. Have been to Radio shack, searched ebay, and went to 4 other different electronics specialty stores and cannot find an adapter to coreectly connect to my tablet. Its very frustrating! lol

Ive added the 3rd pic to show what usb male to female end you need if you dont have the flat wide usb,this will be an extension to the flat to small usb connection, this pic is for info only, the cable nor stylus is included!

im pretty sure the flat wide usb you are referring to is simply a micro usb, its very confusing the way you post it. almost all android tablets will use micro usb, apple products do not.

The usb that comes with it is shown in the middle of tablet,if you dont use that 1,you have to buy the one in pic #3 the extension male to female port,thats what its called as sold on other sites
