?? Not sure what this is ... Young Queen Victoria on thin cardboard. It is not a real stamp and not in the Scott Catalog.In the 1800s, proofs for stamp designs were sometimes made on thin cardboard, but this is not an 1850s item. I think it is a reprint of a proof done at a later date. It is not common, but we do run across them once in a while.
