This is in the manufacturer's sealed box, suitable as a gift for your favorite person, or for yourself!!
Manufacturer refurbished unit, will look and work as new. Check slatedroid.com for easy rooting instructions if that's your thing.

This is a basic tablet with WiFi. It does not have a camera or GPS. Don't expect iPad performance, but good for basic web surfing, some games, Facebook, Listia, email, etc.
Tip: Disable Java in the browser for faster, more stable web surfing.

Can it upload photos right to a web site and can it download right from the Internet like a laptop can?

Well there is no built-in camera so you can't take photos on the tablet. But you can still upload photos using the built-in browser. Or install an alternate browser like Firefox for Android or Dolphin browser. Or if you mean like Facebook functions, that works too, or you can install the Facebook app for Android.
