It was probably leaking or giving off a bad smell. It could have been stored in a hot place along the way. This is why they inspected it. The box will probably get delivered to me tomorrow wrapped in plastic. Back in about the year 2005 or so a friend of mine in Washington State mailed me some mulberries that he grew on his land up there. I guess the box got hot and some of the berries started to spoil. A wet box wrapped in plastic arrived to me. The mulberries turned to mush over the course of a week.
