used to clip onto the front of your blouse or sweater to hold it closed

my grandmother left these she was 98 yrs old so i don't know where she got these from or how long she had them.

seem to be silver tone and the silver is peeling off of them and they seem to look like up close that they are made of puter.

the chain is 6 inches and the phones are 1 inch

please keep in mind these are vintage / antique and i have described them the best i can
