I'm glad you asked hun! It's been cut off center; it's visible in the top right corner of the back of the card, I tried to get a good picture of it. I'm seeing a retinalologist to diagnose my vision loss Monday, tomorrow, wish me luck!! Unfortunately not covered by my insurance tho.. so I can only afford to get my diagnosis from this specialist. He trained with working with the blind, and it inspired him into his specialty Dr degree. I'm nervous! Exciting though!!

Got to love health insurance in the usa. I don't see it (I tried). But do not have card in general so will be bidding.
