I have this fantastic card of the Great Leo Durocher of the St Louis Cardinals. He cost the New York Yankees only $7500, to begin with, when he was bought from the Hartford Club in the Eastern League, but has made a better showing since that time than many players who were purchased for larger sums of money.

He was never a heavy hitter, but ranks with the best as an infielder. He was traded by the Yankees to Cincinnati three years after this card was printed and remained with the Reds until traded to the St. Louis Cardinals.

He batted .217 in 143 games. He was born in West Springfield, Mass. in 1905. And, was 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighed 165 lbs. He batted and threw right-handed.

This is a Big League Chewing Gum Card from Goudey Gum Co out of Boston. The yearly date on this card is 1933. It is a Nostalgia Press Reprint. This would be a wonderful card to add to your collection. If you're interested, bid on this one. Thanks for bidding........... Blessings..............
