An interesting card for sure. This was a fraternal organization in Pennsylvania and has been around a very long time. It is now called Independent Order Of Odd Fellows and was dedicated to personal and social development. The stamp on this card fell away at some point as there is no indication of an attempt to remove it. On the back it is signed in red by the addressee Samuel W. Sybert.
