It's a Electric plug with a Ethernet port all u do is plug a Ethernet cord coming out of the router to the electric plug then u plug it to a electric socket then u plug the other electric plug to a socket next to your computer and plug a Ethernet cord to that electric plug and hook it up to your computer it's a Internet connection threw your electricity it's great...
