Hi. This card does not come with a COA. It was received through the mail signed by Julius Peppers via the Bear's team address.

Can you include the envelope you received the autographed card as evidence of its authenticity?

No. Those are long gone. I don't keep them for authenticity purposes. I've been dealing auto's since 1999 on eBay with 100% rating and over 13000 positive feedback. I understand your concerns however with me being new on Listia and I've seen the fakes that are on this site, something I hope to help clean up here along the way. Everyone should ask questions before buying from someone they do not know. =) If you want to see the kind of feedback I've received from my customers on items, please do a Google search of TJ's Cards on eBay and my online store will the first to show up. =)
