Yes, it is polymer clay. I use them for my nail art, but you can also use them for all sorts of other crafts like scrap booking or gluing them on stuff! they are not sticky but like I paint my nails, then put them on before the nails dry then add a top coat. They are very tiny! I'm so glad to hear from you! I'm watching all your auctions!!!

Yes! That's actually how I've gotten into them, I have a small 7 year old daughter and we have so much fun doing our nails together!! There are so many colors and designs that a little girl will have a blast choosing which ones to wear!!
