No sorry, for one I don't because I like for people to be able to build up their credits and save for them if they're really wanting this. And two, once you get a bid on your item you cannot alter the auction!

I'm not sure exactly - it's got a bit of an adjuster where you can make it a bit bigger but I would guess about 18-20"
