Hi,I don't know. I can't answer that. I can't ship for free. I don't have a printer which makes shipping less expensive i have Lupus, Osteoarthritis and in pain 24/7 can't drive. It's best for me and my health to ship this way. Plus If you look at other Vera Bradley people start their auctions at 1000 pts and still charge shipping. Robin
