This card is used and in excellent working condition. This card has an external antenna connection. Connectors and antennas for this can be found at ebay.

Well it goes into a PCMCIA slot. If you have the newest of laptops then you don't have a PCMCIA (PC card) slot. Instead you would have an express card slot and this would not work for that. Yes this provides laptops with wireless internet.
