This "Monterey Bay" blouse, top is so nice. It can be worn for evening or work, or wherever you want to go. Very nice with skirt or pants. It is a beautiful plum color with deeper plum velvet trim. It is a mock wrap front with gathers at the bust with slits on the sides. Tag is blacked out as they do in outlets so it can not be returned to a store.
Measurements:
Armpit to armpit: 24" plus as that is the flat measurement
Top of back collar to bottom of shirt: 28"
