No. It was a set produced in 2017. The 1978 wrappers never happened is my understanding.

I have wrappers from that era. Not sure if 1978....

I cut and paste the card titles directly from Beckett.com. It's my understanding these were wrappers never actually released, so they may them in to cards decades later.
