This is a brand new genuine ammonite fossil and sterling silver pendant. It is stamped .925 as shown in the last picture. The pendant measures 2 1/4" long.

Ammonites were sea creatures that lived in the seas between 240 and 65 million years ago when they became extinct along with the dinosaurs. So, you not only get a beautiful one of a kind piece of jewelry, you get a real conversation piece.
