BUT! IF you want me to mail you a hard copy in the mail because you don't have a printer, then you will HAVE TO bid on it, for sure.

Bisquick Apple Coffee Cake Recipe

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

Cake:
2 cups Bisquick mix
2/3 cup of milk or water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 tart green apple, cored, peeled, sliced

Topping:
1/3 cup Bisquick mix
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 Tbsp butter

Method

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2 Grease 8" square pan or 9" round pan. Mix cake ingredients. Spread cake batter in pan. Insert apple slices into the batter evenly throughout the cake.

3 Mix the topping ingredients of Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread topping mix over top of batter in pan. Add slices of butter all over the top.

4 Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown, testing with a toothpick.

Yield: Serves 4.

Ok, I'll bite, I'll go check yours out. I saw a note, in passing, yesterday, that we are
allowed to post recipes?? I don't get that, so I did make it a HARD copy, making it something tangible, as well as printed the receipe, etc.

Ahhhhh, you are sweet! I do give away a LOT of bibles, at times, according to what they are, they need, etc. All the FREE ones are gone though. I give away, at home, lots of clothes and shoes, we ALL have too many anyway, other misc items, etc. Thank yo for the donation. If you win, will you be needing me to send you a hard copy?
