The listing, Rare asian tibet silver skull head amulet men's ring Sz 10 FREE US Can Ship has ended.
This is supposedly an antique Chinese ring. the technique of it is very difficult. the handwork of it is good.. it was made by the very famous craftsman. this body art was very rare in China at that time .The value of Chinese history is very large. we know it is very rare all round the world . According to Chinese ledgend, if you own it, it will bring riches and luck for you . .If you have this at your home. it can help you avoid evil ,
This is a really neat listing!!! china is doing some interesting things these days, I get all sorts of veiled messages from my friend over there. Sometimes people forget how old and diverse asian cultures are.
yes, I thought it was really neat. I almost kept it as a thumb ring. lol How are you doing? My foot is hurting again. Don't know what I did this time. Didn't go to swim or yoga Friday due to it.
idk anything about it brining luck, but who is the "the fameous chinese craftsman" if you dont mind my asking? im an expert on antiques and jewlry. that black stuff in the eyes and on the wings is resin, witch means its not very old. they use it on alot of rings and necklace type jewlry mostly on base metals but almost never on high quality sergical steel or pure silver. but this ring dose appear to be a silver alloy. it appears to be of more of a western fabricated design though rather then something originateing in china, it probly was made in china though, everythings made in china lol. although i could be wrong, dose it have any markings inside? or what type of silver? .999 is the purest and should be marked somewhere inside the ring to authenticate. also it should have the artists mark somewhere inside. especially if he is fameous. still curious who he is if you dont mind my asking. i would like to know before i bid. (^----^)
I'm with dirgebunny, on everything. Also very curious about the famous craftsman and what time period? Because it has to be extremely rare to be from ancient china and appear as it does. With the use of design, use of resin, etc.
