I am listing a set of brand new beats by dr.dre
they were given to me as a gift from a friend
I recently got a nano ipod-so I mentioned I needed
a good set of head phones:-) however after trying them on
I realized I prefer the over the head set,not the inner bud
so I bought a pair of studio beats off ebay for over $175
these beats were bought from amazon.com by my friend she paid $99 I dont know much about them either way accept I know they sound just as good as my studio`s,I took them out of package to listen to them 1 time=they sound great-not sure if they are authentic=because I know nothing about authenticating head phones-lol=what is this world coming to?anyways my friend paid $99 on amazon,if they are found to be not authentic then I suppose she was ripped off -lol...so I do know they are in original packaging they appear to be real=THEY ~*~*~SOUND GREAT~*~*~they will ship (((PRIORITY)))with tracking within 1 day my fellow listians!happy bidding....coming from your friend GAMEOVER99...

lol i used my hubbies android to take the pictures and it took but fro some reason it wont email them to my email,so i will try again,but i have enough feedback to prove i have them,im not going to risk a negative feedback over a pair of headphones lol or any item for that matter,and you must not know about me,check my feedback,my items speak for their self and listia will honor credits back to buyers anyways so if you really knew anything at all about listia,you would know they are fraud proof so whats your point of poting real pics,what you dont believe i have a pair of headphones well love i do and they are exact as picture dear,in mean tme i will try to get the pic to your email if you give it to me,thanks

Hi not trying to harass you, I understand your good history of auctions, but LISTIA terms state you can't auction off fake items. I'm not saying theyre fake, but they might be bc a lot of people sell fake ones. So if you could authenticate them that would be good. You can authenticate by searching how on Internet I think you can use the box's info or the manufacturer number or something to contact beats and ask them

i'm feeling skeptical since the seller is mentioning the authencity in the description. It sounds like this seller kinda suspects them to be fakes. i'd rather not have a war to get my credits back if they are fakes..
