i have the same pan! love it, but i can't seem to get the cake to come our without breaking into pieces. i've tried greasing it and flouring it before adding the cake mix...how did you get it to work?

Yeah. I had the same problem whenever I baked for the first time with another hello kitty pan I have. I use Pam spray. It really gets the work done. I let the cake cool off in the pan first and flip it upside down. The cake falls right out.

Puerto Rico IS the USA, it is not a state but it is a territory. The cost to ship there is the same, I just brought up the USPS website and calculated a shipping box from my zip to 19026 and then from my zip to the zip provided by the member asking for how much shipping is to Puerto Rico and it came up the same price. Just thought you should be aware of this, you could be losing out on potential bidders.
