This hard drive is refurbished, I believe. It was a warranty replacement on a Lenovo laptop that I owned. It was sent to me when the original hard drive in my laptop crashed. This was never installed in anything, and has been sitting in this case in a cabinet for about 2 years now. Rather than let it go obsolete, I have decided to sell it since I really do not need it.
