This beautiful and unusual necklace style is called a "floating" bead necklace - the beads are threaded together and intertwined with nylon thread. The beads are held in position by the interlacing of the thread, and the nylon thread is virtually invisible against the skin, so all one sees are the beads in patterns, seemingly "floating" in air!

There is a 9" stretchy black cord attached to each end of the beaded part, so it stretches to fit over your head - no clasps to deal with!

This one has been folded up in a little plastic bag - which is why it has the "V" shape in the center - it was obviously bent this way for years while it was in storage, but I'm sure it will straighten back out with body heat and wear.

Your necklace is securely packaged and will ship in a bubble wrap envelope at auction end - all I need is your mailing address and your money for shipping.
