Was used once. Flat iron, GREAT heat, heats up within seconds. Swivel cord at the end. 1inch wide. Basic flat iron. Great for traveling or using at home. Gives hair that shine when finished styling.

It is wonderful for short hair and to get close to the scalp, yet be careful not to burn yourself at the same time. It doesn't mess around when it gets hot

The name of it is ULTRA by andis. I have personally never heard of it, I got this flat iron when I was in beauty school a little over a year ago. There is an 'on and off' switch. Above it there is a turning switch to determine how high the heat you want the heat, it goes from one (1) to (20). I stay no higher than two(2) and it did the trick for every client I had. On rare occasion I would have it higher for those who have naturally curly hair. Its about an inch wide.

yes it is, with some protective coating that I forgot the name of since I don't have the original box anymore.

No, the flat iron is in perfect condition. Doesn't do anything other than what it is suppose to do. From working in two salons I have gathered to many hot tools among other things and I just need them to go to a good home.
