The item is just as described-- this is "hot pink" or fuschia maybe, instead of light pink (like the color reserved for baby things), I don't know. And there's also a darker pink stripe (which looks brown in the picture, im sorry) surrounding the brighter pink stripe which runs vertically down the center of this iPod Case.

I have the exact same one in lavender/purple for auction now on Listia. That one is also Brand New in the Box and also retails for $19.99.

I gave ones like these in different colors to my sisters, who now use them for, one sister, for her iPhone and the other sister, for pens/pencils, etc.

So I guess the uses are many :)
