Sorry no, I never offer free shipping, I live on a limited income and cant afford it, thats why the 3rd sentence in the description says the winner pays exact shipping!! Also its being shipped from Canada

I can't do free shipping ever cause I live on disability and can't really afford it, but would be willing to split the cost if u used GIN but if u do choose to do it that way (go halves on shipping) you would have to wait till I get paid again on the first of Sept. Thanks for your interest :-)
