To gegewadd and kdb45644..the Pilates circle is lightweight and used to hold between ur legs when you have them up during pilates exactly how you see tge lady on the box using it. It is meant to create control while in that position..that is alsp why it has the foamy parts on each side..you should youtube how to use a pilates circle..its pretty interesting if your into pilates. Thanks for asking.
