Wow. I was going to bid on all three of these and trust me I would have won. But it seems a little shady to me. I know you are a trusted seller but you can't post a pic w/ case and say it is not included or lost then turn around and tell one person he can have them for shipping cost. When you told other ppl they were lost. The free shipping is unconditional you can't charge ppl shipping for your auctions. You need to post them seperately if anything to give everyone a chance or.....JUST INCLUDE THEM. Which they should be anyways.

Just so you know, you have it pictured with the case and then you say no case cuz you lost them, THEN you state you will include the case for a shipping cost, others can flag this post cuz it is against the rules. Free shipping is not conditional. You agreed to that when you listed the auction.
I am withTbailey above, sounds fishy along with against the rules of Listia. If you have enough people flagging your auctions they will terminate your account.

well if i bid on a game and i can get the case with it i would like to have the case. I usually only bid on games that have cases. I wanted the games that were auctioned by you because my daughter just got a DS and doesn't have any games. I was hoping you would be willing to include them without additional charges which you can't charge someone for them anyways bc that would be going against the rules and don't worry I didn't flag the auction. They would be great auctions, you had alot of great games, if you didn't lie about the cases then offer them to one individual person. I don't see the point in auctioning off the games but keeping the empty cases. I do understand not wanting to spend alot on shipping, but honestly it wouldn't add to the cost that much especially since it would be media mail. You would be looking at maybe 2-3 dollars if that as long as you didn't have alot of bulk to the package. That and you would probably get a lot more credits for it. But that is just my opinion I am not trying to be rude at all.
