Just a quick question.. My girl won your recipe, and I'm going to try and catch a carp this week with it, any suggestions on how to rig up for carp? I'm new to carp fishing and know they're very sensitive fish. Any suggestions would help a ton, thanks so much..

The recipe has my technique for rigging your hook.

Light weight tackle (and light weight line), small hook (treble where legal), cover the entire hook with the bait - do NOT leave ANY od the hook OR swivel exposed!
Use VERY LITTLE sinker weight... this recipe sinks!
Light casts - no Olympic distance record casting...
Then hang onto your pole!

YES!

Think trout rig with a single salmon egg!

Let your line be a little loose and wait for small amount of movement...
BUT - be PREPARED for 0 to 60 strikes...
When the carp get ahold of my dough bait - they eat it eagerly... then... THEY feel the hook in their bellies... then they RUN!

again - I cannot state this enough...
