The listing, One For All Universal Remote - New, Bulk Packaging has ended.

I got this in a mystery box from an online deals site. We already have this same remote, so onto Listia it goes! It's new (at least, the deals site we bought the mystery box from billed everything as either new, new-open package or new-bulk package, so it should be new). Please note: It does not come in a box and you will have to download the manual and codes from the website, according to the packaging. We do have this same universal remote and it works well. Hope someone can use this!

Yes, it does.
Here's the manual listed in the info in the packaging (though the one pictured on the front of the manual is slightly different than the one up for bid - it must be a manual for a whole line or something)

Shipping to Canada is actually only probably around $2.50. Yes, I'd be willing to ship to Canada.
