This auction is for a beautiful Pegasus Horse. A mythological creatures in Greek mythology. I picked it up at an estate sale. It's a mystery to me. It's silver in color and is definitely not plated, but what kind of silver I do not know. I scratched a small place in the bottom and it stayed a shiny silver. It is heavy for its size and does not stick to a magnet. It has some sort of writing on the bottom, but looks to be in some other language. I can't for the life of me make out the writing. That is all I know about it. It's just not my thing, I figured someone might collect Pegasus horses and could figure out what is written on the bottom, plus it's just so pretty. I have a Gin on it.

That's just it...I don't know. All the signs point toward sterling but I just can't gaurantee it. If I could just read that darn writing on the bottom!

I have know idea! Like I said, there is some sort of writing that looks like it's written in some other language. I showed it the best I could in one of the pics. It is a beautiful little piece.
