I live in PA my free shipping items went to CA,OR,TX,AZ,WA,ETC..I went to the post office yesterday mailed 3 packages and it cost me $35.00 Not worth it. So Most of my items will have a shipping cost. . It's Not bad because according to listia your item is *FREE* so paying shipping cost is well worth the item.
