Uh, I think they only edit when they’re played on tv. I don’t believe any digital copies are edited from the release of their movies. I’m sorry.

Yeah, I know how that is. My parents are Jehovah’s Witnesses and don’t watch rated R movies at all. Even the PG-13 movies now days have some bad cussing.

Too funny..I'm also one of Jehovahs Witnesses and it's so hard to find movies or even shows to watch anymore that aren't full of cussing. Like you said even some of the pg 13 ones are getting bad. I appreciate your honesty

Vudu is releasing some sort of parental control set up that will edit the sexual/cussing/possibly violent scenes. They’re starting with 500 random titles. However, they won’t be doing rated R movies because they feel it would be too much editing and the point of the movie will be ruined. You might look into it. I’m not sure how it works completely but I did read about it on google. However, i have a bad memory so I can’t remember what it is called. But that would probably work well for you. But it is a shame that so many good movies but they have the R rating.

My kids watch the movies they like and then if I'm interested they let me know..don't do it Mom or its okay for you to wat h lol

I think if you use streaming services you can filter the ratings, I don’t do it but they make them user friendly so it should be available. Hulu, ESPN and Disney+ are making a package for $12.99 a month in November. Lots of family friendly movies and tv shows.

Thank you for that..I hadn't heard about it but I will definitely look into it. Its really too bad because like these movies are really good but the first 10 minutes of the 1st one has enough cussing for the whole movie and really does nothing for it. They are great without it. I guess I'll have to watch or record them on tv so I can watch them. The crazy part is when they edit them for tv you cant even read it on their lips so wish they'd sell both versions

You can fast forward and rewind on vudu pretty easily. But I haven’t watch BHC since I was a teenager so I don’t know how hard it would be to edit yourself. But TV is even allowing cussing to a point now too. I usually don’t watch and when I do I’m amazed at what is approved of these days.

I am too! There seems to be no boundaries anymore. I remember growing up they couldn't put most of the shows that are on today until after 9 pm when kids were in bed. Now they promote them for kids. I watch a lot of cooking shows and old game shows. Plus that's why I buy movies to have something to watch that isnt offensive.
