The listing, Cigarette Lighter Refillable. Preowned but never used has ended.

This is a lighter I won on listia. It has been preowned and carried around by the looks but never has had fluid in it and the wick has never been lit. It says "On the Road Again". No brand that I can find. I decided to relist and share with someone. It is a nice lighter but we have both quit smoking now and I'd rather someone have it that needs a lighter or collects them.

In order to continue to offer free shipping I will have to wait until the 3rd to mail items. If that is a problem either don't bid or send me your zip code and I will let you know how much shipping will be and you can pay to get them there quicker. Some of my heavier items I am splitting the shipping with the winner. I have tried to do straight free shipping and have been spending over $100 a month on shipping which I can't afford. Thank you for understanding.

No, my listing says it has never had fluid in it. It is like new on the cotton packing inside the lighter and as stated the wick has never been lit. Thanks for your interest. I will fan you.

No. It has been carried around and I don't know why because it has never been used but the case indicates it has rubbed on material or something. But it has never had fluid or been lit. I don't have a package.
