1.5" metal balls with chimes inside to sooth and you make them go round and round in your hand. Box is 2.5"x5.5"x2". Each ball weighs about 125oz. and the whole thing weighs 325oz so be prepaired for a higher shipping cost. They work for me but I don't use em much. These do not come from a smoke or pet free home, I ship out asap for me and after payment has cleared, I except paypal, forever stamps, well hidden cash, money orders and personal checks. I've started putting tracking on most everything I send out so will be adding the extra .95 to the shipping cost.
