Use your favorite facial buffing product. Includes BeautiControl Facial Buffing Creme and soft-bristle, white brush to cleanse face once a week at night. Instructions in package and on bottles. NOTE: White buffing brush is not pictured yet - found it after posting photos. It has unintended tiny, kitty-like teeth marks ;-p

Does this unit spin in a 360 motion or back and forth motion?

Without taking it out and apart and getting batteries to try it out (it's new in package), I am making an educated guess that because the two brushes and round and looking at the mechanism it appears as though the brushes would go around not back and forth. If it's important to you, I can take it out of the package, take it apart and work it to see for sure. Thanks for asking.
