Ok. This item has 2 cracked areas.(Shown in photo) Also the only other problem is it works when plugged to my computer, but when unplugged it want come on.
I have photos with it plugged to my PC, and shows it loaded, the mp4 on, how many songs are on it, ok to disconnect screen, and do not disconnect screen (I deleted my photos, but songs are still on it).

I believe the problem was it got wet, but its hard to believe it sstill works. I called the fix it computer store and the guy said it was fixable, but it would be a $35 labor cost plus parts cost.

If you can fix it. its yours. I paid $119.00 for this at Best Buy. I used Rhapsody, but that program is not necessary to load music.
