Plate block of four commemorates flowers. These beautiful pink stamps were issued on April 23, 1981 & were designed by Lowell Nesbitt. Each flower is centered on a pale pink background. Featured flowers are a red rose; pink and white camellia; pink dahlia; and pink lily. In deep dark blue – almost black – writing underneath the flower is written its name and “USA 18c.
