Description
The listing, Vintage 1948 Chicago Illinois Bell Telephone Letter Exchanges has ended.
This is an odd bit of history for paper ephemera collectors. It is a pocket sized fold out card with all the "new" exchanges listed when the phone company began using two letter and a number to prefix the phone numbers. It covered Chicago, Evanston and Winnetka.
