i can't do free shipping however i would be willing to drop the price by $2 since the auction isn't as hot as i had hoped, i wanted to be sure the weight of the bar soap would be accounted for and i was going to ship in a small flat rate box, so i will drop the price by $2 and throw in an extra eyeliner
