I just had a buyer dispute an auction claiming they never received the product. This site is built on mutual trust. I always mail my products out in a timely manner. I will not be responsible for "lost mail". If you begin a dispute with me claiming to never have received the items won, I will not give your credits back and I will block you from future auctions. Getting lost rarely happens. I ship a lot of auctions for free. I will not buy confirmation or insurance unless the winner wants to pay for shipping. When you win an auction that is free shipping, you have to understand it is a risk. There is risk and reward in everything.
