They are outdoor and get to be between 30-36 inches in height. Fanned back:)

Thanks, fanned back. They are very unique! My parents had them when I was a little girl, I used to droop them over my head and pretend I had long luscious green hair:) It always made my mom giggle;)

To the person who wins this auction: If you can get me your address as soon as the auction ends today, I can have your seeds in the mail today before I head to work. Otherwise being Friday and living in a tiny town, the post office is closed until Monday and so they will go out Monday instead.
