will this fit a hp laptop? also for xp or vista program? I do not know to much about the wireless. sorry about all the questions but wanted to know if I can use it or not. this is just plug it in and get wireless connection that picks up off of other internet service. right?

It is a Plugin that fits into a USB port. Will run Under XP and Vista, But you have to have a wirelss router connected to your internet Provider.
