This is brand new pillow cover fronts that you finish yourself. You can back it with a contrasting color fabric and personally I put piping in mine. This one is Christmas theme with cats and toys. These make excellent gifts that you took the time to make for someone.

The size can be what you want to make it depending on which line you choose to sew on. This full piece is 17" X17 1/2". I would use the first line after the blue using the blue as my seam allowance. So cute if done with piping.
