i really love these! these are unusual bead caps that have an oval or flat opening that is very large for lots of neat projects!

they are antique brass colored. use the penny as a reference for size. the bottom opening is 18 x 10 mm. its about 15 mm tall. in new condition. bought these wholesale.

different, they look like an eye cup :) can we get a shot with some beads near or IN them, so we can get an idea of how large a bead needs to go with these lovelys ?

thread hole is 3 mm at the top. bottom hole is 12 x 16. i do not have any beads that work with this size. however, i think large briolettes or a tassel of chains would look really neat with these. also, you could finish off the ends of a multilayered beaded or chain necklace (one with multiple strands.

I am guessing that we would have to go 10mm or larger as anything smaller would drop right in them ?..and could we get an idea of the thread hole size please ? thanks
