Actually, when an auction ends, the winner has 3 days (from the time auction ends) to pay the XNK. If they don't, the transaction can be cancelled.. If they do, the winner then has 4 days (from the time they paid) to provide their verified shipping address. If they don't, auction can be relisted.. If address is provided within those 4 days, seller has 7 days (from the time address was provided) to ship or digitally deliver the item(s) won. Those are Listia's Rules.
