Neither, it's inches, not feet...lol. ;) Do you know what 'circumfrence' is? It's one and a half inches high, but if you measure around the outside, it comes to five inches... like a pants size... size 34 would be a circumfrence. Did I explain that well enough?

Yes, thanks, it's been a long while since I've been in school so my brain forgot how to measure a circumfrence, when you get older you sometimes have brain freezes, haha!
