sorry had to start over did a nono in listing the toothpaste so if you bid before I apologize and i hope you come back.

Please read carefully there will be two boxes one for a service man overseas the other for the winner of the auction so when you bid you will be in fact winning your box and sending a box to a troop in your name overseas if you have a friend or family member over there you would like it sent to we can do that if not i use a name from the red cross list it will actually be a large flat rate shipping box full if the bids come in

now this is how we are going to do this the first picture is what we are starting off with every 2000 credits i will add something to both boxes second picture is what i already have on hand to start adding but in noway all that there is both boxes will not be exactly the same as their needs are different and what you are allowed to ship to them but both boxes can be loaded with fishing ,hunting ,stationary ,handheld games, cards, tee shirts,hats everyday got to haves, and yes if the bids get high enough a $25.00 gift card for you a phone card for them we will start with a large box but are no way limited to this you bid I will get bigger box

i have to apologize there wont be many pictures i will describe the best i can what is added i have satellite internet and we are way out in the woods if i upload more than 6 or 7 pictures a month i get put on restriction and they slow my computer down to less than dial up bear with me i am having trouble getting these pictures loaded if i have to i will drive into town to a friends and download them at her house she has dsl

My Grampa was served as a Marine for about 30 years. Having to move his family around every 2 years was hard for all of them. He fought in 3 wars. Earned a Purple Heart when he got shot and almost died. The soldiers and their families sacrifice so much. This is a fantastic auction! I will be bidding when my credits come in.

Maybe you can get a portable DVD player here and some DVD's.
Watching a movie would sure help time pass a little easier.

ohh wow. I'm in tears over here in Wisconsin! UGH! I have no words to express my graditude to you for making this auction happen. My husband is a disabled Iraqi war
veteran and we have both been moved by sheer fact that there really ARE kind and caring people still left in this world of madness and hate. WE THANK YOU! :) When my husband Ron was over there, I sent him TONS of care packages and if you would like some tips on what I sent, I would be more then happy to try and help in any small way I can. My husband said if you do send baby wipes, that they have to be devoid of parfumes and the like, if they wash themselves down with them, their skin becomes inflammed and infected and it's a really bad scene, just thought I would let you know that, but I'm sure you probably already know, but I just thought I'd remind ya. :) Ron said to send bars of soap and maybe even a few wash cloth's and some Q-Tips also. Plus a little reminder about them little can's of Vienna Sausages that they love so much, they can't be the regular ones, they contain PORK, and it (box) will be confiscated and destroyed so to get around this issue, I went to the Family Dollar store and purchased CHICKEN sausages! hehe..:)

any help would be most appreciated I don't have anyone over there but have lost 4 friends in IRAQ there have been so many people in the last month it seems putting post about the hateful comments on here I thought we might ought to sit back and realize how good we got it felt that if I did one just a for the troops box no one would even look at it if they weren't getting some thing to had one ask if he won could I send both to the troops but listia shut that one down because I messed up and had toothpaste on it so now I will wait and add the stuff that is not listia legal as my gift after auction ends but yes any help I will take willingly

god bless him I am sure he is surly missed my father was in the air force was a military brat all my life he is also gone now 2yrs this last march memorial day and the 4th were always big holidays for us he never let us forget their was always men some where protecting our freedom and had dead doing so but this last year it seemed even with all the fighting going on still there just didn't seem to be that many who cared I mean they might have cooked out but it was to just cook out not to honor those we had lost and those who were still fighting for us these boxes are going to two troop members but in actually they will be distributed to the whole troop so if we can make two troops feel that someone back home cares thats a start then maybe in seeing this others will want to help a troop and send a box on their own who knows sorry I get started and its hard for me to stop

The biggest thing I heard from my son in law was, unscented wipes, wash cloths, unscented soaps, hard candy, socks, DVD's (they like music too), sun glasses, batteries, batteries, batteries, beef jerkey, cookies, shampoo, unscented lotion, etc. He went on, so I hope these ideas help. Playing cards, crossword puzzles and such. I hope you do well on this auction. The troops really need their moral built up. With so much negative being said this would be something nice to show them there are people who really care. For the negative people, they can feel free to leave this country, maybe we can raise the money to buy one way tickets OUT of the USA? These DO AS THEY ARE TOLD, NOT WHAT THEY WOULD WANT TO DO!!!! If I win the auction, I want my box donated too. GOD BLESS OUR SOLDIERS-ARMY, NAVY, MARINES, AIR FORCE and GUARDS!!!!

I know you are a busy busy lady, so I want to help. The Post Office will ship these boxes for FREE. But you need to use one of their FLAT RATE boxes, which you can pick up or have delivered. Just go to USPS.com, then supplies. I am sending some Rosaries for each soldier auction, also including some little crosses that will fit in their pockets, for prayer, or comfort. And just for YOU, doing something so thoughtful, the little green box is yours.
