I check out all the stones before shipping but sometimes I think USPS uses the boxes for hockey pucks LOL..so When you receive your purchase, check to make sure no stones are loose from shipping...and if so reset them with a touch of a good type glue, I use G-S Hypo Cement as it has a needle point tip and is easy to use and less messy. Never use super glue as it will ruin your rhinestone. And, remember rhinestones are not like Precious gems, they can't get wet or banged around.
