PLEASE NOTE: These items are small and light so, they will be shipped by First Class Surface Mail WITHOUT confirmation as the Post office does not provide it for this method. You will be notified the very minute this item is at the post office. You WILL NOT get a credit refund nor replacements for un received items. Negative feedback will not be accepted. i had listed a item before and i stated that i will not give a refund or a replacement item if it was lost in the mail and i got my auction removed by listia for vialation of the rules because something about it is the responsibility of the shipper to make sure that a item gets to the bidder ( ex confermation) so you might not want to put that you will not refund it if they do not get it basicly due to you not shipping it properly this is straight from the rules You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the listed item gets to the winner.
